Hi, my name is Monika Lou, and I am your Somatic Sexuality Guide. I have walked this plane and graced this beautiful space that we call Earth, Gaia, for the past 49 years. What I offer to you is my individual experience and my felt experience . . .

​A safe space within which we can breathe, let our guards down, and shift our focus inwards and towards our bodies to uncover who we are. To hold space for both the light and the dark within our selves. I believe that through radical self acceptance and truth, we can become the whole version of our selves and step into our full power.

​I don't believe in 'professionals' . . . I believe in human experience and innate knowledge. I believe in the Journey to know myself, the world, and the lives around me with an ever growing curiosity . . .

​​I spent the better part of my life unconscious and spinning out of control, trying always to regain my footing back upon the Earth. I have spent the last decade learning and unlearning, remembering who I am . . . 

Letting go of the idea of fixing myself and simply being myself, accepting the dark with the light, and integrating all the fragmented parts of myself into a joyful wholeness and an appreciation for the life that is mine.

I derive my outside knowledge from nature and the workings of the Earth, the study of our animal biology and our nervous system, so that my work is grounded both in the Earth and the Body.

My love for all things sensual and erotic has lead me to my studies on Tantra and human sexuality. I have taken the innate knowledge I was born with, my lived experience, my studies of the nervous system, human sexuality, and my continuing curiosity and desire for truth into my unique blend of Erotic Magic and Earth Medicine. 

This is the basis for all things ME and all my offerings as your Earth Goddess and Sensual Somatic Guide. My continued growth as a human and my evolving consciousness is the underlying intention of all that I put forward in my life.
